COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Banner Engineering PD45VN6C50Q parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Bea products, including obsoleted and phased-out Beckhoff parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Beckhoff product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Bea such as the LZRWIDESCAN spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the AM3044 manufactured by Beckhoff and we are pleased to be able to service most Beckhoff systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature AX2513750 by Manufacturer Beckhoff as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Bei Brand 92401002877 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Beckhoff such as AX2010 equipment made by Beckhoff have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Beckhoff products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Beckhoff" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 49Q03111AJCAD733 made by Bas-gu as well as the popular H25DSSCCW8GC28V original spares produced by Bei Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the NM34X1003340 by Bayside and AX2010 spares by Beckhoff are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 400i Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Bardac. |
